Rivlin will be ceremoniously sworn in as first citizen of Israel on July 24, 2014, replacing outgoing President Shimon Peres. He told Channel 2 the first thing he will do as president is thank all his "true friends." The cabinet was meant to vote on the bill last Sunday, but Netanyahu decided to cut it from the agenda consulting with Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein, who found legal issues with the wording of the bill.   Weinstein took issue most with the fact that the bill’s description does not mention a prohibition on releasing terrorists within the framework of negotiations, while the proposed law would apply to all terrorists in custody. أسئلة للحكومة.. هل من إجابات؟ سلامة الدرعاوي بعد أن حصل رئيس الوزراء اللبناني السابق الملياردير نجيب ميقاتي على كتاب تعهد من الحكومة للاستحواذ على اسهمه بضعف ما هو متداول في البورصة كتعويض له عن خسائره، مقابل صمته في اجتماع الهيئة العامة عن زيادة رأسمال "الملكية" بمقدار 50 مليون دينار، فإن هناك مجموعة من الاسئلة تطرح على الحكومة من باب الشفافية والنزاهة، باعتبار رئيسها هو رئيس اللجنة الملكية التي اعدت تقرير النزاهة الوطنية. لماذا لا تفصح الحكومة عن تفاصيل صفقة ميقاتي وتطرح بنودها للرأي العام من باب الشفافية والاخذ بتوصيات لجنة تقييم التخاصية التي أوصت بضرورة الاخذ بمبدأي النزاهة والشفافية في عمليات الخصخصة؟ لماذا لم تعوض الحكومة الضمان الاجتماعي الذي يملك 10 بالمائة من اسهم "الملكية"؟ اليس الشعب اولى بالتعويض من غيره ؟ ولماذا لا يتم التعامل مع المستثمرين في "الملكية" بالدرجة  نفسها التي يتم التعامل فيها مع ميقاتي؟ ألا يوجد في "الملكية" مستثمرون خليجيون وأردنيون لا بل هناك ايضا حصة مهمة للقوات المسلحة والبالغة 3 بالمائة؟ لماذا ل...
